As early as 1993 STASTO took a new path in entrepreneurial thinking and company culture by introducing the STASTO Co-Entrepreneur Model. After a certain time, every employee is invited not only to contribute to the company's success, but to share in it as a shareholder.
Flat hierarchies and goals set from the ground up leave plenty of room to work independently — personal growth is encouraged and skills are developed further. What STASTO achieves is only possible through the commitment of everyone here.

Photovoltaics and heat pump
The rooftop array covers a large share of our own energy demand. A water-source heat pump drives the heating using thermal energy from the groundwater; water cooling regulates the temperature throughout the building.
The fully automated small-parts warehouse
Robotics handle storage and picking. This has minimised the error rate and considerably shortened working time — our people can concentrate on more demanding tasks.
