Subscription payment methods?

How can I pay for the subscription?
About the PowUnity app

If you activate the subscription via our APP, there are the following payment options:

  • credit card
  • Instant bank transfer or
  • PayPal

Subscription voucher via the PowUnity website

You can also buy a 1 year subscription voucher code via our website (this subscription is not automatically renewed):

Here you have the following payment options:

  • credit card
  • SEPA
  • Instant bank transfer
  • Klarna or
  • PayPal

You will receive an order confirmation and a separate email with the voucher code.
Enter the voucher code as follows:

  • open the PowUnity app
  • select the three stripes at the top left to open the menu
  • with the cogwheel next to the tracker name into the BikeTrax settings
  • Select subscription (€ 39.50 per year is set as standard)
  • "Start subscription"
  • "Apply voucher"
  • then enter the voucher code and go to the checkout


Reason for the subscription costs

Why are there a fee or subscription costs?

The fee is incurred because a mobile phone contract with a SIM card is concluded in the background.

This is necessary because the data transmission from BikeTrax to the server is sent via mobile internet.

Costs for the BikeTrax

How much does BikeTrax cost and are there any follow-up costs (subscription, activation, etc.)?

There are different cost models, depending on how you have equipped your e-bike with BikeTrax:

You retrofit your e-bike with BikeTrax yourself:
    • Cost of the BikeTrax: EUR 199.90
    • 1 year free subscription: 0,00 EUR

Then you can choose:

    • Monthly cancellable subscription: EUR 3.95 per month
    • Annual subscription: EUR 39.50 per year
The e-bike is already equipped with BikeTrax by the manufacturer:
    • There are different options depending on the manufacturer, e.g:
      • A 30-day trial period with subsequent activation fee and subscription
      • Or several years of free use
    • You can find out the exact conditions directly from the seller or manufacturer of your e-bike.
The e-bike comes from a bike hire shop or a fleet:
    • Activation fee: EUR 59 (incl. 30-day free period)
    • Then you also have the choice here:
      • Monthly cancellable subscription: EUR 3.95 per month
      • Annual subscription: EUR 39.50 per year

How can I cancel/terminate my subscription?

You can cancel your active subscription via the app as follows:

  • open the PowUnity app
  • select the three stripes at the top left to open the menu
  • with the cogwheel next to the tracker name in the BikeTrax settings
  • Select subscription
  • Then select "Cancel subscription" for the active subscription
